This comprehensive exterior renovation project in Weaverville, NC transformed the property through a complete combination of roofing, masonry, painting, and deck restoration services, significantly enhancing both the home's appearance and long-term durability. The project began with the installation of a new Atlas Pinnacle® Pristine Pewter architectural roofing system, providing the homeowner with superior weather protection, lasting performance, and a refined architectural finish.
To further elevate the property, our team designed and constructed custom natural stone retaining walls and stone support columns, adding both structural integrity and timeless curb appeal to the landscape. We then completely repainted the home's exterior using premium Sherwin-Williams® coatings, giving the residence a modern, refreshed appearance while protecting the exterior surfaces from the elements.
The final phase of the project focused on restoring the existing deck. Our craftsmen carefully prepared the wood surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and repairs where needed before applying a high-quality stain and protective finish, bringing new life to the outdoor living space while preserving it for years to come.

Roof Replacement
This project involved the complete replacement of a 27-square roofing system in Church Hill, TN, providing the homeowner with enhanced protection, durability, and long-term peace of mind. The existing roof was removed and replaced with Owens Corning® Duration® Onyx Black architectural shingles, creating a bold, modern appearance while delivering exceptional weather resistance and long-lasting performance.
As part of the installation, our team performed a complete tear-off of the existing roofing system, replaced any deteriorated OSB decking where necessary, and installed a fully integrated roofing system consisting of new drip edge, ice and water barrier protection, synthetic underlayment, starter shingles, Owens Corning® Duration® architectural shingles, and ridge cap shingles.
Every phase of the project was completed with meticulous attention to detail and in accordance with manufacturer-recommended installation practices to ensure maximum performance, ventilation, and longevity.

Bathroom Transformation
This project involved the transformation of an existing bathroom in Fletcher, NC, replacing an outdated tub and shower with a modern walk-in shower featuring a marble-inspired surround and matching shower base.
Additional upgrades included a new toilet, vanity countertop, sink, and plumbing fixtures to enhance both functionality and appearance. Final finishing work is underway, including staining the vanity, painting baseboards and trim, and completing the remaining detail work.
This is the first of two bathroom renovations being completed as part of a larger restoration project for this homeowner, continuing the extensive improvements already made throughout the property.
